Bad Dog Security offer a ‘Back to Base’ warranty on all equipment supplied. The warranty on all goods supplied by Bad Dog Security is on a return for repairs basis and it is not our policy to send out advance replacements. At our discretion and only to credit account holders Bad Dog Security may agree to send out advanced replacements although this service is not to be expected.
Bad Dog Security shall not be liable in any way for failure of any product supplied, nor be liable for labour costs involved in replacing faulty items or fault finding. An advance replacement will be invoiced and only credited if the returned item is found to be faulty under warranty. Any carriage charges will not be reimbursed.
Faulty equipment should be returned with invoice details from where your purchased the product within the warranty period. All returned goods are individually inspected and tested by our in house team. Faulty goods will be repaired or replaced and returned.
Any products that need to be returned to Bad Dog Security will only be accepted when accompanied by our returns document – this document can be faxed or e-mailed to you from our office. The document must be filled in with as much information as possible, to enable us to administer the product(s) when they are received at our goods-in department. Any goods received without the documentation will not be processed.
Please call our support team for a Returns Form before dispatching anything to us. This will help us to track your item and repair or replace the unit and return it promptly. Customer service is our priority and we endeavour to carry out repairs / replacements with the minimum of delay.
All goods returned to us for repair will be inspected and repaired/replaced in order of receipt. In warranty repairs will not carry any charges, provided the products were found to be faulty due to component failure – obvious misuse or abuse of the products will invalidate any warranty, and charges will be applied the same as out of warranty repairs.
Out of warranty repairs will be subject to charges which cover the labour, replacement components and carriage. Where we deem a repair to be uneconomical, we will contact you for a decision on our course of action.
